Amsterdam, the Netherlands — Global electric mobility brand Zeekr has made its flagship model even more desirable with the introduction of the new range topping Zeekr 001 Sport Edition, which will be limited to 250 units.

The shooting brake’s purposeful, dynamic design is accentuated by 12-spoke, 22-inch alloy wheels with a gloss black finish. Originally developed for the ultra-high performance Zeekr 001 FR3 — the brand’s halo model in China — they are forged from aerospace-grade aluminium, a manufacturing process commonly used in motorsport. The Sport Edition also features a lightweight racing-inspired carbon fibre rear spoiler, carbon fibre door mirror caps, and a distinctive orange finish for the brake calipers. Offered as standard in Zeekr’s Speed Orange signature colour, the Sport Edition is also available with a choice of two optional metallic paints: Phantom Black and Tech Grey.

Inside, the spacious, luxurious cabin can be specified with a newly developed sport inspired interior in Charcoal Black and Stone Grey, or in Stone Grey with orange accents for the seats, seatbelts, door trims, and centre console, complete with orange contrast stitching throughout. Carpet mats featuring orange piping add a further discreet flourish.

Every Zeekr 001, from the 272 hp Long Range model to the 1,265 hp FR³, is developed from the SEA architecture — a modular, scalable, all-electric platform which incorporates cuttingedge powertrain and chassis technologies to deliver a truly rewarding driving experience. The new Sport Edition is no exception: with a dual motor, all-wheel drive powertrain generating 400 kW (544 hp) and 686 Nm torque, it can accelerate from 0–100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds, and reach a maximum speed of 200 km/h.

Sophisticated suspension systems and light, stiff, body structures are fundamental to firstclass ride, handling, steering, and refinement, and these attributes were engineered into SEA from day one. Featuring a double wishbone front axle and an Integral Link rear axle, the new Zeekr 001 Sport Edition’s active air suspension with continuously variable damping ensures an ideal balance of agility and comfort. The intelligent all-wheel drive system enhances traction and control on any surface and in all weathers, and a range of drive modes including a Sport mode enable the driver to tailor the vehicle’s performance to the conditions.

The spacious, luxurious interior effortlessly combines the very latest digital cockpit technology, including a head-up display, AI-powered virtual assistant, and 5G connectivity, with rich materials and beautiful finishes. Everything you can see and touch has been expertly crafted, every feature and function seamless and intuitive. First-class comfort is assured thanks to the ventilated front seats with massage function.

With a range of up to 585 km (WLTP)¹ and 200 kW (DC) fast charging capability that enables charging from 10-80% in as little as 30 minutes², the Zeekr 001 Sport Edition is designed to cover long distances with ease while making every journey feel special.

The Zeekr 001 Sport Edition joins the line-up as a limited edition alongside the Zeekr 001 Long Range RWD, Performance AWD, and Privilege AWD models.
