The IRA Home Efficiency Rebates program will be available to all Wisconsin residents looking to implement energy efficiency upgrades in single-family and multi-family buildings. Wisconsin residents can access the income qualification and home energy assessment portions of the program now, with the rebate qualification phase of the program launching later in August.
