E-scooter and e-bike operator Voi has donated helmets to Wheels for All in Liverpool.

Wheels for All enables disabled children and adults to take part in cycling activities, using adapted bikes including handcycles, trikes and wheelchair transporters.

Voi, which has recently launched its industry-leading new e-bike model in Liverpool, where it also operates e-scooters, donated helmets to the charity as part of its commitment to the city’s community.

Harry Foskin, public policy manager for Voi UK, said: “Making active travel as inclusive and accessible as possible is part of our mission at Voi, which is why we were delighted to donate helmets for Wheels for All riders to use while they’re taking part in the organisation’s cycling activities across Liverpool.

“We are proud of our continued support for Wheels for All and its important work, and we look forward to further exciting collaborations later this year.”

Sean Tierney, inclusive cycling coordinator from Wheels for All, said: “We were delighted to welcome Voi at our Wheels for All hub in Litherland.

“They’ve generously donated some smart new foldable helmets for our participants to use during the sessions, which have gone down an absolute treat. It’s great to have Voi’s support in making cycling as safe and accessible as possible.”

Wheels For All is a national charity which promotes inclusive cycling; both through its own industry leading programmes across the UK that cater to all cycling abilities, as well as facilitating and empowering affiliate organisation’s to offer their own inclusive cycling activities.
