Superior Plus Declares 2024 First Quarter Dividend

TORONTO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Superior Plus Corp. (“Superior” or “the company”) (TSX: SPB) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per common share payable on April 15, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business March 29, 2024. Superior’s annualized cash dividend rate is currently $0.72 per share. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
