- the P cushion carrying 48 per cent less weight than traditional stainless steel plates as engineered thermoplastics (ETP) are a proven, lightweight alternative
- zero per cent failure rate of cushion bonding – all of the field testing of cushions for rubber/plastic adhesion showed no failure of cushion bonding
- being made of a low compression set rubber compound that provides good recovery of the belt cleaner blade position and consistent cleaning function
- the rubber compound has excellent ultraviolet radiation (UV), ozone, heat ageing and weathering resistance
- being supplied with S/S nyloc nuts and spring washers
