Leading producers of gold in Argentina are Newmont, Barrick Gold, Shandong Gold Group, AngloGold Ashanti, Yamana Gold and Hochschild Mining. Newmont‘s output was 264.20koz in 2021, up by 1% on 2020. Barrick Gold produced 201.48koz, a decrease of 7%, and output from Shandong Gold Group was 173.34koz, a decrease of 21% on the previous year.
