The firm has a strong reputation and track record, with nearly five decades of success delivering innovative solutions to complex projects for governmental agencies, private clients, and special utility and conservation districts in Texas. MEC brings to Consor highly complementary and deep expertise in planning, consulting, engineering design, and construction management for water and wastewater infrastructure, hydrology, erosion and sedimentation control, and land development projects.
