Mrs. Bromiley’s extensive expertise extends across capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and turnaround strategies, both in the public and private sectors. Her career trajectory, which began in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, has seen her ascend to the CFO position in multiple companies spanning the energy, oilfield service, biomass, and metals industries.
