Bowen appointed Malte von der Ropp as its new non-executive director with glowing reports from its largest shareholders.
“The company is very pleased to welcome Mr van der Ropp to the Bowen board,” Bowen executive chairman Nick Jorss said.
“He has been strongly endorsed by some of our largest shareholders, to whom he is valued as a highly commercial, strategic, focused and committed operator.”
von der Ropp currently holds positions on supervisory and advisory boards in the European technology sector and has worked with tech giants like amaysim Australia.
“Given his broad experience, he will also be a welcome addition to the company’s Audit and Risk Management and Nomination and Remuneration Committees,” Jorss said.
“We intend to continue to refine our board with suitably qualified personnel with experience across all aspects of Bowen’s business to build shareholder value.”
