Tony Napier, chief operating officer of Strata Worldwide and managing director of Strata Australia (APAC), discusses his mining industry background and the company’s future plans.
Napier joined the company in February 2022 and is based at the company’s Australian head office in Newcastle, New South Wales.
With over 30 years of experience in global mining and advanced technologies, Napier has a proven track record in developing, implementing, and guiding corporate growth strategies. He has a background in communications and electronics and holds a master’s degree in business administration.
In his role, Napier is responsible for Strata’s global operational planning and implementing company strategies into daily operations to achieve overall objectives.
This includes overseeing the daily operations of the company in the Asia-Pacific region to ensure they align with the company’s overall goals.
