REMA TIP TOP to accelerate CCube predictive maintenance, automated documentation functions with Gomocha integration – International Mining

REMA TIP TOP has signed a contract with software provider Gomocha for the further development and global operation of its CCube service platform.

The CCube field service and asset management platform is used worldwide and forms a key basis for inspection, maintenance and service processes – from the mining and raw materials industry to cement production as well as conveyor and processing technology, REMA TIP TOP says.

By switching to Gomocha’s technological platform, REMA TIP TOP is ensuring that CCube will meet the industry’s growing requirements in the long term while remaining flexible enough to be tailored to the specific characteristics of local markets and facilities, it says. The global rollout of CCube in cooperation with Gomocha has already begun and will continue gradually over the coming months.

Dr Daniel Kasperek, Head of REMA Engineered Technologies at REMA TIP TOP, said: “With Gomocha as our partner, we are paving the way to take our service business to the next level worldwide and efficiently manage complex service requirements across national borders. This also gives our subsidiaries greater flexibility in their day-to-day operations, while we benefit from uniform standards, high data security and economies of scale across the group.

“Together with Gomocha, we are developing CCube into a platform that does not only increase efficiency in the mining and raw materials industry, but also enables new digital business models for other areas.”

Martin Knook, CEO of Gomocha, added: “Our collaboration will help ensure the platform remains adaptable to local needs, scalable across global operations and a strong foundation for future digital services.”

Thanks to the expanded platform, REMA TIP TOP will be able to offer additional digital and AI-based services for predictive maintenance and automated documentation in the future, thereby opening up new sales channels, it says.
