The month of October marks our 2nd anniversary of Sideworx Connect Inc. There’s an undeniable sense of joy in reflecting on the remarkable progress we’ve made over the past year. It’s truly gratifying to share our ambitious plans and express my heartfelt gratitude to all of you for your unwavering support.
One of our proudest achievements over this past year has been the cultivation of enduring relationships with our dedicated workers, many of whom have been with us for the full two years of our existence. These partnerships are a testament to the trust and loyalty we have built within Sideworx Connect. Furthermore, I am delighted to share that our client base has expanded by an impressive 42%, illustrating the growing demand for our services. While we initially began by serving the oil and gas industry, we have diversified our reach and now proudly cater to various other sectors. This expansion aligns with our commitment to adapt and excel in evolving markets, embracing positive changes and market trends.
Our commitment to operational excellence has led us to streamline our internal processes, enabling responsible hiring to meet our clients’ unique needs. We persistently adapt to market changes, fueling our continuous growth. At Sideworx Connect, the safety of our employees and the quality delivery of services remains paramount. I am pleased to announce our achievement of the COR certification, and we are actively working towards obtaining ISO 9001 certification to further enhance our quality assurance processes.
Financially, we have achieved a secure position, boasting remarkably over 1000% revenue growth year over year. This success is attributed to our diligent service in major projects, spanning various industries. Our field staff has doubled over the past year, representing a substantial 58% growth. In the past 24 months, we have served 72 clients, accumulating a staggering 443,768 man-hours of dedication and hard work with zero lost time incidents. To meet the evolving demands of both our workers and clients, we have invested heavily into R&D to digitalize & and automate our processes, leveraging the power of AI technology in many aspects of our process journey.
Looking ahead, we are excited to expand our sales team and service footprint across provinces in the coming year. Our goal is to not only grow within existing industries but also to double our market share in Western Canada. Additionally, we are poised for expansion into the USA, capitalizing on the knowledge and experience we have gained in Canada. Our journey of the past two years has made us wiser and stronger, equipping us to take on new challenges and opportunities as we continue to grow and evolve in the recruitment world.
