Regis Resources has showcased significant progress in expanding gold mineralisation across its portfolio.
Over the past six months, Regis has conducted 81,674m of drilling, with impressive results highlighting growth potential across its priority projects.
“The key to the ongoing success of Regis has been our ability to explore our extensive landholdings and successfully identify extensions to mineralisation,” Regis managing director and chief executive officer Jim Beyer said.
“This latest update clearly shows this success continues. In these last six months, we have seen ongoing delivery of impressive drilling results across several priority targets.”
At Duketon, Regis is systematically exploring its substantial landholding, identifying underground and open-pit opportunities.
Infill drilling at Garden Well and Rosemont continues to identify extensions of known mineralisation, supporting near-term underground growth potential.
At Ben Hur, an underground exploration target has been established, which could become Duketon’s fourth underground mine.
Tooheys Well’s drilling has shown down-plunge extensions, with further plunge holes planned, while at Kintyre and Gloster, recent exploration has highlighted additional open-pit potential.
At Tropicana, near-mine and regional exploration activities have also delivered promising results, with Boston Shaker also returning impressive drilling intersections, indicating extensions of known underground mineralisation.
Beyer said he was pleased recent exploration had shown “impressive” outcomes across its portfolio, with the company to continue investing in its exploration activities going forward.
“We are very proud of the progress our exploration team continues to make,” Beyer said.
“Their work has delivered a significant pipeline of exploration targets at varying stages of maturity, and our exploration team will continue to systematically evaluate and test these targets to create value for our shareholders.”
